Operations Minimum Requirements

Note that these requirements do not constitute a job posting and should serve only as guidance. Actual job requirements may differ.

Pilot in Command

2,000 hours total
100 hours float
500 hours PIC C208
Commercial ASES / ASEL / instrument rating
ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5 minimum

Second in Command

250 hours total
55 hour float
5 hours training course and 50 hours of block experience are provided by Santai Seaplane, with a 4 years bond
Commercial ASES / ASEL / instrument rating
Indonesian national

TOEIC score 800 minimum or ICAO ELP level 5 minimum

Maintenance

Valid EASA part 66 license B2/B1 or ICAO Type 2 AME license
C208 type rating endorsed on the license
Must have recent experience on C208 with not less than 6 months of certification records in the past 2 years
Recommended to have certification experience of 3 years; out of which 1 year of experience on C208 and shall have both line and base maintenance experience on the types
